The restoration of the farmhouse was lovingly done with the preservation of the natural surrounding beauty and Tuscan architecture in mind. Up to 12 guests can be accomodated here (with an additional two if the sofa bed is utilized) in the large two-level home. Comfort and convenience abound in rooms that reflect the unique Tuscan style. Exposed wooden beams hewn from chestnut and locust trees span rooms where Italian marble accents and tile floors blend with antique Italian furniture and pine windows open to the beautiful Tuscan countryside.

On the first floor, the home features a large sunny living room with a Tuscan-style open-hearth fireplace, well-equipped kitchen and bath. Here, guests can entertain or relax after strolling nearby Tuscan villages whose history dates back centuries. On the second floor, the master bedroom suite boasts a large bedroom with a private bath and shower. Another large bedroom and bath are situated across the hall. At the end of the corridor are two additional guest bedrooms, each with two beds and access to a full bath. A common sitting room features private entry to the outside and a sofa bed which can accomodate two extra guests.

The guest house has been thoughtfully designed with consideration for those with limited mobility. This home consists of a spacious living room with fireplace, master bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two beds and a full bath with shower. The master bedroom also has a private entry from the outside.
