Briding the Chianina cows is still one of the most distinctive activites of the Mori farm.

Many hectars of the farm, accurately fenced, are completely destinated to the briding of Chianina cows, totally wild.

Depending on the seasons, cows shift from properties at 700 mt on sea level, to lower ones, for the coldest months. The unique quality of this meat has contributed to Chianinas popularity all over the world.
